Elisabeth is the founder of the Aesthetic Association, Inc., a professional organization formed in 2008, targeted towards the aesthetic community to foster networking, knowledge sharing, and continuing education. She has been an Aesthetician since 2006 and has worked in the capacity of a licensed facial specialists, laser technician, med spa manager, phlebotomist, nursing student, international educator, and award-winning senior territory managers for Image Skincare, jane iredale, Crown Aesthetics and Aerolase over the course of 16 years. Elisabeth is known for her vast knowledge of the aesthetic industry and is a "fixer" where ever she goes! Her passion is mentorship through staff education and growing profit centers for small business owners. Elisabeth was raised in a political grass-root home in the panhandle of Florida and is an activist at heart. Her desire is to protect and defend each of our professional licenses and scope of practice. Elisabeth believes we should all be open to sharing our knowledge to help protect the integrity and dignity of the aesthetic industry.

Justin is also the acting President of the Tampa Bay Chapter. He has been the aesthetic industry for 13 years and possesses an array of knowledge from being a licensed cosmetologist, business development and corporate sales for Image Skincare, L’Oreal and currently Hydrafacial. Justin is also skilled as an interior designer and event coordinator.

Jessica is also the Treasurer for the Tampa Bay Chapter. She began to pursue her Medical Aesthetics career in 2010, after working previously for 10 years in the specialty retail beauty industry. As a practicing Aesthetician for the last 10 years her true passion for educating and encouraging not only clients but also colleagues was one of the main reasons, she wanted to be a part of AAFL. It excites and inspires her to be a part of a collective of other likeminded individuals in our industry and come together as a network within our local community to support one another. 

Mimi is a highly successfull and polished skincare sales professional that brings over 14 years of experience in various areas of sales and business development. She is known for her dedication to providing premium patient care through understanding of products and services. Mimi is a driven team player with the goal is to encourage every aesthetic professional to being their best, by know where to get proper education and having right resources at their deposal. She is a highly trustworthy, discreet and ethical individual who adheres to the highest standards of integrity. Mimi is a Florida native and a mom to 2 fur-babies!
